    HR & Admin Officer

    Responsibilities:

    - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires

    - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices

    - Provide advice and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and career development

    - Manage employee payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping software

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employment contracts, personnel files, and other HR-related documents

    - Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs

    - Oversee general office operations, including maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and facilities

    - Liaise with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, service providers, and vendors

    - Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer

    Requirments:

    - Minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources and/or administrative role

    - Experience in creative or branding agency preferred

    - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications

  • Senior Graphic Designer

    Senior Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities:

    - Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas for various projects

    - Design and produce high-quality visual content across multiple channels including branding, social media, website design, etc.

    - Manage and oversee the entire design process from conception to final delivery

    - Ensure all design work aligns with the client's brand identity and guidelines

    - Collaborate with account managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables

    - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed

    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software/tools to enhance design capabilities

    - Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds

    - Utilize 3D programs such as Blender, Cinema 4D, etc. to enhance design output

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field

    - 5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an agency setting

    - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

    - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English

    - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

    - Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work across various mediums

  • Art Director

    Responsibilities:

    - Generate clear ideas and concepts.

    - Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas.

    - Understand strategic positioning, marketing initiatives, and target audience.

    - Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media

    - Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

    - Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions

    - Present completed ideas to clients/team members

    - Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

    Requirements:

    - Proven working experience as Art Director

    - Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design

    - Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools

    - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

    - Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well

    - Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
